    After any bit of advice for my lad who has a club match on the above next Sunday.
    They have pegs 1 to 14, and hes never been before.

    Typical canal style pool Rick about 13/14 m across. Peg 1 is the flyer on that section. Peg 13 and 14 have plenty of room. Usual baits will catch. Don't spend too much time across unless they are "having it" normally catch just as well top 3/4, near shelf. Margins fish well normally. Pool is predominantly F1 and skimmers but also some good size carp ( to double figures). Paste works in the margins for the bigger fish. Pellet, maggot and 4mm cubes of meat would be his best bet. I've never done much good down the track but I'd still put a line in just in case. Good Luck.

        Sorry Rick should have read 6mm cubes not 4mm Doh!!!!!!
