Ive been considering joining the BAA next year and have had a look round on their website, is it worth joining? Which of the waters are any good? I try to do a fair share of all types of fishing (Match, Carp & Predator) just wanted to know what the perks are and whether its worthwhile, cheers.

For the money its hard to beat, though some venues are a tad neglected and some pegs you need mountain goat abilities to get to,but there are plenty of options and varieties of fishing to choose from,I have had carp to nearly twenty pike up to about seventeen barbel into double figures and the odd small Zander from their canal sections. As long as your fit for the banks and the odd longer walk its probably the best value anywhere in the country.
