    Default Scaffold boards for fishing stages

    Is there anyone out there who knows where we can get used scaffolding boards to replace our fishing stages.in the Worcester area we are Greenhill fisheries. Grimley any amount we need quite a lot thanks

    Theres an advert on preloved for 50 13 foot boards for £425 thats less than a tenner each for new boards. Got to be a good deal and delivered as well.

    Cheap that is! There some on eBay , 4 ft £3.50 each , £54 delivery any any amount!

    I recently had some 6 foot boards from B & Q 15 for £60 but think they must have had wrong price on the website as they are now £31/3.

    Try phoning scaffold company's , they normally have boards they can't use and will sell , good luck

    thats really cheap we paid a lot more than that, if you use railway sleepers you wont have to change em for 50 years

    we used to use scaffolding boards but find you can get 2 years out of them before they start deteriorating, were currently replacing them on our pegs with paving slabs, bit dearer but will last for ever, make a frame from scaffold tubing and lay 6 or 8(depending on size of peg) 3x2 flags across them, only trouble is they can rattle a bit on the clamps for the scaffold so we use some of that yellow foam that scaffolders use to warm pedestrians between the flag and the scaffold
