    I freeze my liquidised then stick it in the processor whilst still frozen, gives a finer crumb with no lumps.

    Derek, been about 8 times in the last month and had no problems with the thick. Couple of times I've even used week-old thick on the hook and it's been ok. The medium however has not been good...more akin to supermarket own brand and quite thin.

    I havent used medium for a while now--I am still using the thick even though its not as good as it was--its still as good as anything else.
