Sorry Colin for having an opinion & for (clearly) not having the remit to have one!!

I'm not even a very good Angler (as our small club match results clearly show)

There are however Anglers on here, shall we say of varying ability, who like to join in!!

Martin you have read it wrong 😉
I was not criticising you for having an opinion ☹
I was telling you that there is an excellent article & 2 Fantastic videos on the Subject in the archives ,that are worth
    Looking @.
Also pointing out that even though I always thought I was good @ the method I soon realised I wasn't even in the same league
After reading the article a couple of times & taking on board what I had read.
My Punch Fishing improved to another level
It's good to see others joining in

the question had nothing at all to do with actually fishing it, it was how does everyone prepare their feed and bait when fishing bread, do they have any little tweaks, I can put some bread in the processor and liquidise it then microwave a slice of bread roll it and punch it out but what do others do to make theirs the way they want it to feed and hook

I liquidise mine freezer it...reliquidise it to make it finer bag up in x1 pint measures....take out and I put it in a round flat bottom bowl....and pour about x3_4 spoonfuls of white vanilla atomic cloud...mix it into the punch....then make a well....get a pole pot full of water and pour it into the well...and mix from the center of the well to bring the punch into the water soon as its clogged up make a ball and roll it into the punch around the edges and feed via the pole pot...I top up through the toss pot...but looking to really agitate the bread out the pot to create a cloud....tracix white and cornflour also make a great alternative

Bread is bread, crusts off, liquidise in small portions dont overload the liquidiser, and do it and re do it till its as fine as possible, freeze it.
Take it out and use it, hook bait punched straight from the loaf, in winter i dont ever microwave it or roll it, as i want it as light and as fluffy as possible.
The real art is as Col said, actually fishing it, every day is different but rule of thumb is feed and only feed sgain when the bites stop

Great way of fishing and catches most species, bites are usually instant. I do mine same as Rick, no need to complicate things.
