The Penultimate Round.
I was really looking forward to this round as there are a few pegs on Little Geary's more than capable of winning the whole match - something that was of interest to me as finishing in the top 15 looks out of the question now. With my two droppers already in the bag the rest of my points already amassing 30 points........too many for the last place envelopes.

Today I'm dipping my hand in the bag for the low numbers on Molands pegs 2 to 33.
Those of you that are now following my blogs may recall my write up for round 5 and how in the first paragraph I stressed the importance of avoiding the low numbers. So I wasn't too happy when the disc I picked had a single digit and as I focused it was peg 6............not good at all.

My Section of Twelve anglers today consisted of some new faces, a few stand-ins for the stay at home brigade and Big Keith my mucker from the first half of this series. On paper it looks a tough section as the lads coming in are all venue experts and draw bags too..........of which Danny Tresigne is the cream of them " always in the forties" as he was yesterday on 48 and today on peg 45. It's hard enough trying to compete with the likes of Danny if he's on an average peg
